WHAT IS IT?

Living in Rhythm is a series of sacred Circles for women, held through the Healing Arts Collective.

These gatherings are spaces to slow down, create, share & be witnessed. To just be in our rawness together... without fixing, without pressure, without performance.

Women's Circles have the power to change lives.

These Circles are a safe space to reclaim our stories, our wisdom, our power. A place of genuine connections, friendship, and support.

While personal practice is powerful, healing happens in community ✨

Each Circle is guided by:

• Seasonal energy
• Lunar cycles
• Ritual and creativity
• Collective healing and sisterhood

You don’t need experience.

You don’t need to be “spiritual”

You only need to arrive as you are.

There are many ways to walk this path with us: drop in, walk with us for a season, or root into the rhythm for a year.

WHO ARE WE?

We are Jade and Madison, creators of the Living in Rhythm series. We are space holders, energy workers, artists, mystics, and Women walking the path of Living in Rhythm with the natural world.

We believe that healing happens when we slow down enough to listen – to the land, to the Moon, to our bodies and to one another.

Our intention is to guide you in reconnecting with yourself (body, mind and soul), the cycles of nature and the wisdom of the cosmos.

We created this space because we saw a longing for ourselves and in our community. A longing for meaning, for connection, for ritual, for sisterhood. A longing to return to something ancient and true.
